Intrepid Learning Solutions is an eLearning and on-shore outsourcing corporation providing technology and content solutions for enterprise level corporations ranging from Microsoft to Boeing. Intrepid brought me on as a lead developer to create an eLearning platform and production of courseware. During his time as a lead developer his accomplishments are as follows: * Developed custom CMS/LCMS for Microsoft's global sales group enabling Instructional Designers to create course content to then be later localized for over 20 countries and 17 different languages. Utilizing XML content was translated then imported/exported into a Flash framework. Both the framework and project won top awards even before its final release. * As Lead Developer for Microsoft's Vista Accessibility project for marketing promotions special attention was put into replicating every feature of the desktop version of windows media player using JavaScript. * Functionality on Vista's Accessibility project included capturing of key strokes and events when using shortcuts to control the playing, pausing, rewinding, fast-forwarding, and stopping of a movie. Dynamically adding and removing from the playlist, going full screen, controlling the volume, and using SAMI files for closed captioning. * Technology solutions for eLearning and consumer based projects were developed from storyboards and Photoshop files using the rapid process of the SCRUM methodology for faster turnaround on project time. * While working with Intrepid client portfolio included Microsoft, MSN, Boeing, WAMU, and Autodesk. **************************************************************************************************
